Our Cancer Survivorship Weekend offers the ideal mix of proven and effective survivorship support and luxury relaxation to help restore health, wellbeing and balance.
This unique retreat will equip you with a proven toolkit of survivorship skills that will allow you to better manage the psychological, physical and emotional side effects of diagnosis, treatment and survival.
As a group based retreat you will also receive the support of other cancer patients who also know what it is to experience a cancer diagnosis. This represents one of the greatest benefits of our retreats and the friendship and bonds that form between participants often go on to last for years to come.

Minimum age 18 years, or 16 when accompanied by an adult. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or during guests’ stay, will incur a full charge. A 7.5% charge is added to guests’ bills. This charge covers staff gratuities, supervised walks, inclusive beverages, basic WI-FI and use of sports equipment,

The retreat is hosted by Dr Sam Watts, Dr Mark Lown and Holly Adby.
Dr Sam Watts D.Ayu, MSc, Cert.Gi, BSc (Hons), PhD specialises in preventative medicine and the management of chronic health conditions. He runs cancer research projects at Southampton, Queen Alexandra and UCL hospitals.
Dr Mark Lown BEng, PhD, MBBS, MRC GP is an academic GP. He holds a clinical lecturer post at the University of Southampton, is involved in clinical trials in nutritional and cardiovascular medicine, and has a keen interest in holistic health.
Holly Adby is a passionate wholefoods cook. She has used her anti-cancer diet knowledge to develop recipes free of processed sugars or chemical alternatives with a keen interest in using food as medicine.
