Omega 3 Bites 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup dates

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • ¼ cup of ground flaxseed

  • ¼ cup cocao powder

 

 

 

 

Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor until well combined. You will then need to add boiling water a teaspoon at a time and pulse the ingredients together until they are sticky enough to roll into balls

 

Roll into balls, and if you wish dust the balls with desiccated coconut to serve.
