The retreat is based on a farm that contains luxury self—catering accommodation on the beautiful Chichester Harbour (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), just two miles south-west of the historic city of Chichester.

The farm comprises 650 acres of grassland, arable fields and a copse which is nestled in behind Chichester Marina. There are countless beauty spots around the farm which are either overlooking the water or our conservation plots of wildflowers. There are many spectacular views towards the South Downs National Park and Chichester Cathedral also.

The farm is a working farm, so you may catch the glimpse of an odd tractor or two, a Labrador or indeed a farmer. We will be enjoying walks directly from the farm to the harbour, so bring wellies!

Guests will be accommodated within ‘Dairy Cottage’. This cottage has three twin rooms each with their own bathroom, the cottage also has a spacious living room for relaxing as well as a kitchen and dining area, which will be used for some meals.

The group sessions and treatments will be located in the nearby ‘Rose Cottage’, and guests will also be welcome to use the communal living areas in this cottage outside of group sessions. ‘Rose Cottage’ also boasts a stunning Rose garden with a 50ft long pergola draped in roses and lavender.  We look forward to using this space as much as weather permits.
