Apple and Cinnamon Overnight Porridge

INGREDIENTS

 

1/2 cup oats

1 apple, grated

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

100 ml milk

Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

 

 

 

METHOD

 

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, place in the fridge overnight and enjoy cold or warmed through the next morning.
