Grain Free Bread

INGREDIENTS

 

4 eggs

1 cup of ground flaxseed

3 tbsp water

Half cup of ground almonds

1tsp baking powder

Half tsp salt

 

 

METHOD

 

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Crack eggs into a bowl and add the water, then beat together. In a separate bowl mix your ground almonds with the flaxseed, baking powder and salt and mix together. Combine your wet and dry bowls and pour into a prepared loaf tin. Level it out in the loaf tin and bake for 25 minutes. This recipe can also be used as an alternative pizza base!
